+ Rules & Regulations for study outside YIAL
1- YIAL organizes its courses on 40 hours package for each level as indicated at http://localhost:83/yial/studying-at-yial/tuition-fees/, please make sure that you fix with us the dates of your classes. So, we will forward a sheet of these dates to your teacher. YIAL charges US$15 – US$20 per hour for a private study outside YIAL depending on the distance to your office or home in Sana’a. Group offers to be agreed upon with YIAL Director before starting the course.
2- If you need a day off for any emergency, please inform the staff via email at least 16 hrs ahead of time. If we are not notified within this time period we will deduct any missed study hrs. We will give you a chance up to 3 times during each course (20 days = 40 study hours), so you can replace your classes.
3- Students should complete their study hours within the limited time for the course as agreed at the beginning with the manager. If they fail to do that, they will lose the rest of the paid hours.
4- Students are requested to pay their tuition fees in Advance.
5- If a student wants to change his/her teacher, this can be organized once during the course and after passing half of the course.

3- Students should complete their study hours within the limited time for the course as agreed at the beginning with the manager. If they failed to do that, they will lose the rest of the paid hours.
4- If you have a problem with a class because of internet connection from our side, you will not lose your class. Please inform us, so you will get a make-up class during the period of your class dates.
5- If a student wants to change his/her teacher, this can be organized once during the course and after passing half of the course.
